We have successfully assisted homebuyers with their purchases of single
family homes, town-homes, and condominiums since 1994. Whether
the property you are considering is an existing resale home or a
new construction home we can save you time and money.
As an "exclusive" buyers agency, we
only represent buyers. We never represent sellers and we do not
accept listings. Our clients are never in an awkward and
compromised situation called "Dual Agency".
We are not sales people. Instead, we act as consultants,
advisors, and negotiators for the buyer. Our expertise and
knowledge of the market allow us to provide client level
services while both protecting the interests of the buyer and
also promoting the buyer to the seller and others during the entire
transaction.
