Both Sandra and I wanted you to know how pleased we are with our new home you helped us buy.  This was our fourth home purchase, but our first using a buyer's broker.  It made a big difference to us knowing that our agent was on our side and not working for the seller.
We appreciated your input on the different homes we viewed as we went along.  We did not feel pressured and felt that you truly wanted us to find the "right" home no matter how long it took.  We also appreciated the different financing options you suggested.  The lender and loan program you recommended turned out to be the best deal for us.
We think your refund formula is a great idea.  Your refund at closing helped reduce the out of pocket money we had to come up with.

Dear Scott,

When we decided we needed a bigger house, you were the first person we thought of.  Our last experience working with you convinced us that having our own broker makes a big difference.  This time the house search and the following negotiations were much more challenging than last time, but you were up for it.  And the fact that I was eight months pregnant didn't make it any easier.
We appreciate all the hard work you did to make the deal work to our advantage.  The seller was at times very uncooperative, but you somehow worked things out for us.  The big surprise was when you , your son Mike, and a couple of  his high school friends not only shoveled the ice and snow off the driveway and sidewalk at our old house, but you also did the same at our new house so the movers could get in to do their work.  That was above and beyond the call of duty!
We have been sending a steady stream of friends to you for help since our first purchase.  This purchase showed us that you are still as competent, caring, and enthusiastic as ever.  Be sure and stop by after the next ice storm.  We may have some work for you.
